1.  We package our signs very carefully and we ship through FedEx. FedEx is now less expensive, more reliable than other shippers and takes only 2-5 business days to ship.  Note that weekends and holidays are not business days.

2.  If your order is delayed for any reason, we will E-Mail or call you.

3.  We cannot assume responsibility for incorrect addresses.

4.  In order to ensure timely delivery of your signs, orders must be placed at least 10 business days prior to delivery date (depending on the size of the order).

5.  We will not accept returns if more than 24 hours have passed upon the arrival of your package. THSigns.com is NOT responsible for order/proof errors that have been approved by the customer.  Please contact customer service at 770-277-5301 regarding damages or other problems.
